Beach House is amazing! Wonderful location, it suited all of our needs from 2 month old baby to our seniors. Winterton-on-sea is a beautiful beach and we saw numerous seals in the sea! We enjoyed two lovely evening meals from the local fish and chip shop. We visited the Pleasure Beach at Gt. Yarmouth, Bewilderwood, Roarr and Roys of Wroxham. Thank you so much, we had a fantastic family holiday and made lots of happy memories. ps: Seal View sells yummy ice creams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had a lovely time in Beach House and was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We absolutely loved our stay at Beach house. There was a group of 9 of us with two 8 month old babies. The house was perfect and despite a few iffy weather days we had a wonderful time. The cottage backs straight onto the sand dunes which together with the beach was amazing. Our 2 dogs loved their time on the beach. The village itself was lovely Poppies deserves a mention as does the fisherman’s return and the fish and chips shop. There is a handy store closed by for forgotten essentials. The house is roomy and perfect for what we needed. Lots of garden seating for the sunny evenings. The garden is enclosed so the dogs were able to run free without worry. We went for a boat trip on the broads which was also great fun. I would highly recommend both the house and the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The house was very well equipped and the location was fabulous. Just open the back gate from the private garden and your on the sand dunes to the beach . The walled back garden had top quality garden furniture and was ideal for dining alfresco . There were 10 of us and a dog and the house was large and comfortable will definitely recommend it to friends. Also lots of parking a nearby shop and the local pub serving meals is only a very short walk away in the centre of the village with its houses with thatched roofs . So peaceful and it was bank holiday week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 adults (well big kids really!) and 6 dogs have thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Winterton. Beach House has been more than perfect to accommodate the ‘gang’. Direct access to the dunes and beach was a real bonus. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped and CLEAN. Thank you for the little birthday extras and vase of roses – lovely touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An absolute gem! Perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone. The dining table being the perfect hub for catching up. Loads of crockery and cooking equipment making it a real home from home. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Fabulous seating areas, yes there is more than 1 so you can follow the sun if you choose. Safe enclosed outdoor space for the dog and young child. Beach within minutes which was great. Lovely little village with a few amenities. Enough to keep us all occupied for the weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We stayed for my mum’s 70th birthday, lovely to have flowers on arrival. The space is wonderful, a great size for 4 families and the large kitchen a huge plus point. We loved the view of the dunes and being so close to the beach. Enjoyed a sunny day at the beach and walking along the coast. Outside furniture great quality and lovely and comfortable. Thank you so much, hopefully we will be able to stay again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our second visit to beach House and it was even better than we remembered! 8 of us and 2 dogs – as last time the house is so well equipped, everything has been provided. Welcoming lovely property and a lovely host too, thank you from us all. The walks over the dunes are so beautiful and so easy to reach the sea, we did spot the seals this time, quite close to the beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thankyou for a wonderful stay at Beach House. Very well equipped – we had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the six of us to spread out, we all came together to spend the week stitching. Would highly recommend Poppy’s for a bite to eat – delicious food and massive cakes. Had fish and chips from the chippy on our final night.
Very special and lots of places to sit outside. We’re already planning on booking again next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have really enjoyed the house and loved playing hide and seek in it and the kitchen has been a big use. We loved playing football in the front garden. We all love the ice machine on the fridge. I really like that you have many channels on the TV. And the path to the beach even though it was chucking it down. Thank you – 6 adults + 5 children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have had a lovely few days here – thank you. Had some lovely walks along the beach and around the area. Lovely time at the Horsey Wind Pump and nice lunch at Poppylands. Perfect accommodation for all of our generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the moment we arrived we knew this house was going to be perfect. A party of 12 adults and 5 dogs, never short of space and all had a very comfortable stay. House had everything we needed and more!
We had great fun exploring the local area and further afield. Highly recommend Poppy’s and the food at the Fisherman’s Return. Also, thank you for the take-away menus, New Sage was one of the best Chinese we’ve ever had. Would love to return again. Thank you so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A really great find . Not easy to please 10 girls but we were all impressed by the house . Clean, tidy , very well equipped for a large party with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware . Basically everything you may need has been well thought out . Location was also great . Literally out the back door , over the sand dunes , which is an easy walk and your on the beautiful beach in 5 mins or out the front door and go the road way which is also 5 mins to beach . Local pub,shop,tearoom,fish and chip shop . Really lovely little village with a lovely community buzz . If you book the beach house you won\u2019t be disappointed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lovely house, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great location with all amenities on your doorstep and regular bus services to Great Yarmouth and beyond. It was ideal for the ten of us and the dog and as an added bonus the weather has been lovely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recently had a fantastic stay at the Beach House. The house and gardens were very spacious and secure for the three dogs. The house is well equipped and the beds and lounge furniture very comfortable. The parking space is amazing. Location wise, the house couldn’t be closer to the sea, the back gate leads out straight to the dunes and then the beach and from the front door it’s a short walk to a small convenience store and the fish and chip shop!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s lovely being so close to the sea, and we have seen the seals swimming off the beach every day. Our four whippets want to stay here forever, and love the enclosed garden and the back gate to the dunes. The house was perfect for all of us, ample space and well equipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had a fantastic family holiday celebrating a big birthday. The house had so much space, was well equipped and the gardens and patios were a great size for the five children in the party. Access to the beach was an absolute winner and we spent many happy hours there. We hope we can come again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lovely house, a real home from home. Very well equipped and clean. Plenty of room for three generations and facilities covered all mobilities. The children loved the ice machine. Well situated in the village, shop, cafe, post office and chippy just around the corner. Out of the back gate and a short walk over the dunes to a very long stretch of sandy beach. Plenty of parking by the house. Lots to do in the area away from the beach. A brilliant holiday house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Very flexible accommodation for eight of us (plus a dog) in a location that is very relaxing. In easy walking distance to not only a sandy beach, but also a convenience store, fish and chip shop and, of course, a pub!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beach House was thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. There were 11 of us just for 2 nights. We had a takeaway fish and chips from the village. The house was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, location perfect. The outside space was very well thought out .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our 2nd time staying here, and we weren’t disappointed. We adore this house and the location, so close to the dunes and the beach. 7 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 baby and 3 dogs, all had an amazing time. Thanks Jane, we’ll be back next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This property was perfect for us. Our party of 10 ranged from an under 1 year old baby to grandparents in their late 80\u2019s and the provision of downstairs bedrooms with en-suites and a ground floor wet room was ideal for those less steady on their feet. The 3 dogs we took loved the outside space and direct access to the dunes behind was great for walks with the dogs. Thank you for our lovely stay, you have such a beautiful home, with great access for all the family. We’ve been able to make some great memories, Grandad being able to dip his toes in the sea, baby xxx first family holiday. A brilliant holiday was had by all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Absolutely brilliant property for a family break. Not only did the different sides of the family have their own part of the house, there was perfect accommodation for a wheelchair user. The location was better than any we’ve had before, access straight on to the dunes and so peaceful. The village had everything we needed – shop, tearoom and pub!! I would recommend it to any family as a base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beach house was just everything that we would have wanted. Furnished to a very high standard and well equipped. The dogs and the children all enjoyed running around in the garden which was secure. Short walk to a most beautiful beach . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were recommended this cottage by our friends who had stayed earlier this year – what a find!
We were a large group and it has been absolutely perfect. The walk from the back gate to the beach and coffee shop was so close only took 5 mins.
Absolutely lovely stay – really do hope to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fantastic house for a family get together, everything you need, brilliant spot for days out and the beach. Good pub and caf\u00e9 (Poppy’s) within walking distance. We have a super time. Some of the best parking!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This house is perfect for a family gathering, we had mum and dad with us so down stairs was perfect for them with the wet room and toilets facilities in ever room! So close to the local pub, tea room and fish and chip shop! The beach is just a small walk over the dunes which was great for the dogs we had with us, however they are still sleeping now 2 days later. Thank you for a wonderful stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Great location with the added bonus of the unspoilt beach just a 5 minute stroll from the back gate. There was plenty of space in the lounge and kitchen to accommodate the 5 couples. We all had a wonderful time. We visited Horsey Gap and saw the Seals sunbathing! Food and beverages were very tasty in the Fisherman\u2019s Return, and the fish & Chip shop also delicious! We will be back!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The owner was exceptional as was the property, well equipped and very clean. Facilities spot on, location fabulous so close to beach and other amenities, local pub, tea shop and local convenience store. My Texan family loved it. Property perfect for large family to be together cannot recommend enough. Really accessible for less able bodied people. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden sand dunes and beach. We will be back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
